Suitable for separation: Amino acids, amino alcohols, amines and other chiral centers near the primary amine compounds

The main mobile phase conditions ①perchloric acid aqueous solution(pH 1.5) / acetonitrile = 80/20(v / v)

Coated crown ether chiral column

5μm silica gel was coated with chiral crown ether,professional separation of amino acids and chiral centers near the primary amine group of compounds.

Acidic mobile phases are often used, such as perchloric acid solutions at pH 1-2. Increase the content of methanol can shorten the sample retention time(methanol content can not exceed 15%)

Zwitterionic exchange-type chiral column

CHIRALPAK®ZWIX(+), CHIRALPAK®ZWIX(-)

CHIRALPAK®ZWIX(+) and CHIRALPAK®ZWIX(-) were developed by Professor W. Lindner of the University of Vienna. It was later commercialized by CHIRAL TECHNOLOGIES EUROPE, a division of Daicel Group Europe.

This chiral column by the anion exchange and cation exchange of both interact, suitable for the separation of polysaccharide derivative chiral separation of amphiphilic compounds(such as: amino acids, peptides, etc.)

The chiral stationary phase of this chiral column is bonded to silica gel by chemical bonding. It is possible to use not only methanol, acetonitrile, but also water, tetrahydrofuran, etc. as the mobile phase. And 3μm particle size, greatly improving the resolution.

Ion exchange chiral column

CHIRALPAK® QD-AX, CHIRALPAK® QN-AX

The stationary phases of these two columns contain quinine(QN) and quinine(QD) derivatives respectively. The spatial structure of quinine and quinine has the similar optical isomer complementarity, so the two arms The order of elution on the column is often the opposite.

The surface of silica gel is coated or bonded with amino acid derivatives, the WH column is 10μm silica gel and the MA(+) is 3μm silica gel.

Due to the ligand exchange chiral column, the mobile phase is 0.1-2mM CuSO4 solution.

You can use a certain amount of organic solvents, such as methanol, acetonitrile and so on.

Polymethacrylate chiral column

CHIRALPAK®OP(+), CHIRALPAK®OT(+)

The 10μm silica gel surface is coated with polymethacrylate chiral polymer.

100% methanol is the best separation mobile phase.

Chiral polymers in CHIRALPAK® OT(+) columns are very sensitive and can be slowly degraded by alcohols. To avoid degradation, it is recommended to use the chiral column at a lower temperature(0-5 ° C).
