Mitsubishi Chemical CRS10W column for D, L-aspartic acid separation
The CRS 10 W chiral column was coated on a silica gel surface with a novel optically active N, N-dioctyl-L-alanine with a diameter of 3 μm and a pore size of 100. National standard GB 2023-2003 lactic acid isomer separation named CRS10W as a dedicated column, and the column also in line with sodium lactate, calcium lactate analysis standards. In addition, CRS10W columns can also be used to separate a series of chiral amino acids such as alanine, valine, leucine, isoleucine, proline, phenylalanine, methionine, tyrosine , Glutamine, aspartic acid and so on.
The below is the graph that used the CRS10W chiral column to analyze aspartate patterns. The results showed that the peak shape of D, L aspartic acid was more clear with good symmetry and the resolution was 2.6.
